Howard Marshall, an elderly oil business executive, which became highy publicized due to the substantial age difference of 63 years. She denied the allegations that she only married the man for his money. After the death of her husband, Anna Nicole Smith was sued by the family of Mr. Marshall over his estate. The case made it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
